SRIKANT CHELLAPPA, Owner
Sri is a passionate entrepreneur and people leader, helping organizations build high performance teams. He has spent over 20 years leading management and technology consulting teams. Additionally, Sri is also a Producer/Director of Feature Films that have been seen on Netflix, Showtime, NBC Universal, Sky and Fox international cable channels. With a unique background in technology, people management, health IT and film writing, directing and production, Sri brings a diverse set of experiences across industries and specialties to build high performing, highly engaged organizations.
STACI JOHNS, Office Manager
Staci Johns is an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant who works with Srikant Chellappa to facilitate the buildings overall operations. Staci believes that Kalinga Productions will pervade the St. Louis music scene and give small artists a chance to start out. Staci was previously the Assistant Community Director at Webster University for 3 years. Staci is pursuing an International Studies degree focusing on Philosophy and Religion in Asia with a minor in Japanese from Webster University.
PATRICK SKINNER, Engineer
Patrick Skinner is a recording engineer with twenty years’ experience at Kalinga Production Studios, formerly Smith Lee Productions. He has worked in many genres with a long list of unique clients. Patrick has toured the US/UK as a musician and crew member. In the studio he merges old school and modern techniques, works quickly and always seeks vibe over perfection. Patrick has a B.A. in Audio Production from Webster University and is a member of the Audio Engineering Society, St. Louis chapter.
Patrick Ramsey
Studio Manager/Record Producer
As a producer, Patrick focuses on relationships and hospitality. He does this by facilitating a comfortable and respectful environment. Where an artist can fully express their vision with support and understanding by all who are involved with the project. As an engineer, Patrick believes in getting the sound right from the beginning. He does this by employing a hybrid workflow of analog and digital processes, along with focusing on performance, vibe, and period/genre specific techniques. The end result is your vision for your music being realized and elevated.
TIM MAULDEN, Engineer
Tim is a Freelance Audio Engineer with clients that include Disney, Missouri Department of Conservation, St. Louis Art Museum, and Marriott Hotels. He holds a Master of Arts in Arts Management from Lindenwood University and Bachelor of Arts Double Major in Music and Mass Communications from SIUE. Tim’s experience goes beyond being an audio engineer and has worked as a musician, songwriter, actor, and worship leader. Tim worked for Steve Richard, as a guitarist, touring with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Craig Morgan, Bryan White, and Jr Brown. He has been with Kalinga Production Studios, formerly Smith Lee Productions, since 1999.
